Welcome to VassarMOO
VassarMOO is one of two educational MOOs extending the Vassar College campus into cyberspace. It has served since 1993 as a meeting place and project space for classes in English, Geography, Media Studies, Political Science, French, Spanish, and German from Vassar College as well as Williams College and Hofstra University. Originally created as part of Vassar's Mellon technology initiatives by Ken Bolton for CELT, the Center for Electronic Learning and Teaching, it is now supported by The Media Cloisters.
